FINDING CONTENTMENT IN YOURSELF
We read about contentment and happiness in books, magazines, the internet and hear it from motivational speakers everyday but what each of these fail to tell us is that no one can guide you through happiness. it is a state of mind which one needs to find own his/her own through trial and error and a lot of drama in between. I have been on the path of moving things around in order to achieve that state but failed every time. In the long run what I have realized is that the problem lies within me. There is no good or bad job and there are no destructive relationships unless you make them to be so. No matter where you work, which country you live in or if you have a supporting family or not, in the end it all depends on how you respond to situations, and not react.
Meditation and yoga is just a form of excercise which allow you to forget every problem and focus on the moment and that clears our heads of any perceptions we might have of how life should be. It is good to try and improve how one lives and treats others, but before that it is important to treat ourselves with respect and not be swept away in the tide of dissatisfaction of people around us.
